  I went down there to get parts for a Ford 5000 built before the dawn of time. It is a very busy place, but they made time, were patient answered all my questions and gave me some technical guidance on a non-purchase related concern with the same vehicle. Their phone number is now in my contact list. They have a well stocked store and parts department. Worth the drive.

  We went to Weagant Farm Supplies for a New Holland part, and had never been there. Clint (mostly) and Mark took care of us. They gave us many tips on how to replace the part, what to watch out for, etc. Clint showed us parts graphics and explained the procedures in details. He explained that their website offers the graphics as well. He even offered to contact some mechanics to help us out, should the task at hand be too complex. Weagant Farm Supplies still knows what customer service is. They know the products they sell. They go the extra mile without being asked. We truly appreciate that. L and M Perry Aylmer, QC

  This is relation to dealing with Topline Trailers which is associated with Weagant. No regard for customers. Was promised that a machine that was being repaired once fixed I would be first to be called to see it and deal. This was promised by Andrew. Andrew as a salesman is completely useless as well. Showed me the machine (JCB 180)when it was being repaired and said it was being looked over. The engine was torn down so much all that was left was the block. It was clearly under a complete overhaul not just "being looked over". He admitted that he didn't know anything about the machine. A salesman that has no idea about the machine he is showing a customer is completely useless. After no phone calls to give me an update on the status of what was going on I Showed up to see if it was done and told that it had been sold to someone who just showed up a day prior. Poor customer service, and no apologies other then sorry but tough luck from the other salesman in the office as Andrew was too busy to see me. Your choice to deal with this place but I never will again.
