  No regard for customers. Was promised that a machine that was being repaired once fixed I would be first to be called to see it and deal. This was promised by Andrew. Andrew as a salesman is completely useless as well. Showed me the machine (JCB 180)when it was being repaired and said it was being looked over. The engine was torn down so much all that was left was the block. It was clearly under a complete overhaul not just "being looked over". He admitted that he didn't know anything about the machine. A salesman that has no idea about the machine he is showing a customer is completely useless. After no phone calls to give me an update on the status of what was going on I Showed up to see if it was done and told that it had been sold to someone who just showed up a day prior. Poor customer service, and no apologies other then sorry but tough luck from the other salesman in the office as Andrew was too busy to see me. Your choice to deal with this place but I never will again.

  It's been a pleasure for the last 20+ years dealing with great Sales staff Brentley, Andrew or Scott knowing at the end of each deal both parties are happy. The knowledgeable Service dept. has kept both my landscape and farm equipment running I've always enjoyed knowing I can stop in for advise on how to fix something on my own if ever needed. Special thanks to the reception staff who are always pleasant and prompt finding staff for me when needed.

  Great dealer ship. It doesn't matter who you speak to there, the staff is always happy to see you and they know you by first name. From Scott the owner, to Gail, Ena, Christophe and even Andrew the new guy, they have always bent over backwards to make me feel like a person and not just a number. I don't need machinery anymore, but I did, I would not be shy to contact them again. Cheers

  I have dealt with topline in the past and they were amazing. Quick and painless... this time around it was a somewhat different story... to save you from all the gory details l will just say that Scott did his best to make it right... and given the circumstances (some beyond his control) he was sympathetic and gracious. .. thank goodness for great business people!
